At Adour Ecom Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining transparency in our processes. Below are the details of our updated return and exchange policies:

 

To process a return or Exchange, you must share your order number and name as mentioned on the Adour order slip with our official WhatsApp number.


Returns will not be accepted if this information is not provided.

Exchange Policy

No Return/Exchange on Imported Heels. 

We offer an exchange option for customers who wish to replace their product. However, we have recently updated our exchange policy due to certain incidents:

1.Why the Policy Changed:

Previously, we sent replacement parcels with zero charges, trusting our customers completely. Unfortunately, in some cases, we received:

Empty boxes with no shoes inside.

Rough or old clothes inside the parcel instead of shoes.

Used shoes returned to us.

To ensure fairness, we have implemented the following updated process:

2. Eligibility for Exchange:

Exchanges are only accepted if the product is dispatched back to us within 24 hours of delivery. Customer should contact us on Whatsaap and send us back to our return address at same day if the package will not received within 4 days company will not responsible. 

Sale items are not eligible for exchange unless there is an error from our side (e.g., incorrect size, color, or article).

3. Exchange Process:

Customers must send the product back to us at the following address:

After receiving the parcel in good condition, we will send the replacement product.

4. Condition for Acceptance:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in good condition.

 

Return Policy

We offer a return option if you are not satisfied with the product. Kindly follow these guidelines:

1. Eligibility for Return:

Returns are only accepted When customer receive the parcel if there is an issue with the product. Customer should contact us on Whatsaap and send us back to our return address within 24 if the package will not received within 4 days company will not responsible. 

2. Return Process:

The customer is responsible for paying the delivery charges for the return.

Pack the product securely and include the delivery slip within the parcel.

Write your bank account details clearly on a piece of paper and include it in the package.
