At Adour, we are committed to delivering your favorite products quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

📦 Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Delivery Charges: PKR 249 only PKR 199 anywhere in Pakistan. Our courier charges us PKR 249 per parcel, but we pay the difference for you.
  • FREE Delivery: Get free delivery on all orders above PKR 6,000.
  • Payment Methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) or online payment by debit / credit card at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available all over Pakistan on orders up to PKR 6,000. Orders above PKR 6,000 are card payment only.
  • Dispatch Time: We usually dispatch within 24 hours. In some cases it may take 2–3 business days.
  • Courier Partner: We use PostEx for all domestic deliveries.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Eligible Products: Currently, only YSL Heels are available for international shipping.
  • Shipping Charges: Flat PKR 8,000 worldwide.
  • Payment Method: Orders are dispatched only after full payment is received.
  • Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Courier Partner: We use FedEx for international deliveries.
  • Delivery Time: International deliveries may vary based on the destination, typically 5–10 business days.

🔎 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID by SMS / email.
  • You can also track your order from the chat assistant on our website, or on the PostEx / FedEx portal.
